Neeraj Singh steps up as UP BJP Vice-President in Majorpre-2027 reshuffle

Reportedly,Neeraj Singh, Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh’s younger son, was appointed as state vice-president in the new Uttar Pradesh BJP organizational team. Announced afore the crucial 2027 assembly elections, he directly replaced his elder brother, Noida MLA Pankaj Singh, who earlier held the same position.

Neeraj Singh is now one of the 19 state vice-presidents in the newly expanded 46-member UP BJP team formed by state president Pankaj Chaudhary. Elder brother Pankaj Singh, who also served as a vice-president, was relieved of his party post reportedly at his own request.

The massive organizational overhaul includes 64 office-bearers and features a blend of grassroots leaders, defectors (like SP rebel Pooja Pal), and younger faces to ramp up preparations for 2027.
