Veteran actor-filmmaker,
Aamir Khan officially married his longtime partner, salon entrepreneur and stylist Gauri Spratt, on Sunday, July 5, 2026. The intimate ceremony took place at the 61-year-old actor’s residence in Bandra, Mumbai.
Following an official marriage registration under the Special Marriage Act, the couple hosted a private, low-key traditional home ceremony attended by approximately 150 close family members and friends. Despite heavy monsoon showers, the gathering was graced by the couple’s children from previous relationships and prominent industry figures, including filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker, comedian Vir Das, and businessman Mukesh Ambani.
Though Aamir and Gauri have known each other for nearly 25 years, their relationship blossomed into romance roughly two years ago. Aamir publicly introduced Gauri as his partner in early 2025. This marks the third marriage for the Lagaan star
who was previously married to Reena Dutta and filmmaker Kiran Rao and the second marriage for Gauri. The newlyweds received warm wishes online after their
PR team shared their first official photo as a married couple.
