Tabu Nagarjuna re-unite after 28 years in “King100”

Veteran actors Tabu and Nagarjuna Akkineni are reuniting after 28 years for Nagarjuna’s landmark 100th film, tentatively titled “King100”. Karthik’s directorial of the action drama will reportedly feature the duo on opposite sides of the law,
with Tabu playing the main antagonist.

The cinematic milestone project: “King100” (also reportedly Asurudu) marks Nagarjuna Akkineni’s 100th film appearance.
Produced under the banner of Annapurna Studios, the film’s first shooting schedule has already wrapped up.

Departing from their past romantic pairings like in the blockbuster Ninne Pelladata,
Tabu steps into villain territory as primary antagonist.
Reports suggest the commercial entertainer will pivot toward an emotional father-daughter relationship rather than a romance, with a rags-to-riches arc. Advanced de-aging tech will reportedly be utilized to show Nagarjuna at various stages of his life, ranging from age 25 to 60.
