In the backdrop of Dunki director Rajkumar Hirani’s views on Shah Rukh Khan’s attitude on sets and with his team,
“The Romantics” director Smriti Mundhra elaborated on her experience working with the Bollywood King Khan. His hospitality towards the entire crew of ‘The Romantics’ goes beyond description. Infact, Smriti had a lot to say on SRK!
She opened up on her experience amid filming SRK inside his study at Mannat, shared his attitude on sets that bewildered her completely.
While heaping praises for his hospitality, the filmmaker affirmed that “it’s a real indication of Shah Rukh Khan as a person, apart the A-plus hospitality. We had our camera crew and everyone there who can handle all of the lighting and do all of that but there were snacks available to us.
She added she learned a valuable lesson amid working with King Khan. The best thing, to say was like a lesson to her and to be honest, was when he walked in the room, he knew the name of every single person on her crew, and he’d shake hands with everyone’s hand and greeted everyone by name. He respected everyone’s craft and their time and it was just A-plus.
For the unversed, Shah Rukh Khan worked with Smriti Mundhra for The Romantics, a docu-series that celebrates the life and legacy of Bollywood filmmaker Yash Raj Chopra.
Following Pathaan’s record breaking collection at the box-office, SRK will be seen in Atlee’s Jawan and Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki. Furthemore, he will be making a cameo appearance in Salman Khan’s much awaited Tiger 3.
Meanwhile, ‘The Romantics’ is to have a Special Screening For Harvard Students. Docu Series which will be Included In FTII Curriculum. It is unbelievable that the film has so much importance and a message.
