SRK’s Mannat to be more luxurious- two more floors to be added in six-story mansion

The property’s at present cost is Rs 300 crore. It’s no wonder fans flock to Bandstand to click pictures in front of this iconic residence.
As per the latest updates, Gauri Khan has submitted an application to the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) for the addition of two new floors. The application, which was part of the MCZMA’s December 10-11 meeting agenda, proposes the construction of seventh and eighth floors at an estimated cost of Rs 25 crore.
While the application is still under review, the purpose of the additional floors hasn’t been disclosed yet. If approved, the expansion will make Mannat even more opulent, further adding to Shah Rukh Khan’s already massive net worth.
Fans are now eagerly waiting to see if the Khans will go ahead with this grand project.
