From yoga mats to Instagram posts, her fitness tips have set major goals for anyone who dreams of stidaying healthy, naturally and mindfully.

Beyond acting, Vidya is also a certified yoga instructor with a passion for holistic living.

Vidya begins her day early at 5:20 am sharp. She spends over an hour meditating and chanting mantras, ensuring her morning starts with positivity and peace.

Her morning drink is a wellness remedy, lukewarm water mixed with lemon, cinnamon, Triphala, dry ginger, apple cider vinegar and a spoon of ghee. It helps with detox, digestion and glowing skin.

Breakfast is usually light but filling, a gram flour and tofu cheela with almonds and walnuts. She follows this with a wholesome lunch of sambar, sweet potato and cauliflower sabzi, tofu sauté and ghee, along with beetroot, avocado salad.

Dinner is simple and soothing, a bowl of pumpkin and carrot soup topped with nuts and seeds. The reason? Eating light after sunset helps the body align with its natural rhythm.
Her fitness mantra is all about gratitude as she takes three deep breaths before every meal and smile, saying “Thank You”.
Twice a week, she goes fully vegetarian. On other days, she balances her protein intake with eggs and fish, keeping her meals clean and her energy levels steady.

Desi ghee is her all-time favourite secret. She swears by it for supple skin, strong hair and joint flexibility and always uses pure ghee for its health benefits.

For good sleep, Vidya suggests warming half a teaspoon of ghee with nutmeg powder and putting two drops in each nostril.
