Recently, actress Sudha Chandran recalled Salmaan Khan’s quiet gesture of support when her mother was battling cancer and calls him as having a
“heart of gold”.
The actress further recounted that while they were working on a film together, Salman approached her and offered assistance, saying that he heard her mother is down with cancer. Any help you need?”. He further assured her that he was just “one call away”.
The actress noted that Salman is the type of person who helps without making a fuss, embodying the phrase”when the right hand gives, the left hand should not know”.
When Salman came to know about mother’s illness on his own and proactively offered help.
Regardless the time
passing, she remembered his kindness and how different he is in person compared to his public image.
Thd actress recalled this amidst an interview expressing her intense gratitude for his support amidst a difficult personal time.
Sudha also mentioned that if today he is successful, it’s only the blessings of his family — his father, his mother — the family and his well-wishers. He is one human being who has never talked about his good deeds.
She further reflected on his public image, saying, “What he presents and what he is are two different personalities. He has got a heart of gold.”
