PM Modi embarks on three-nation tour covering Australia and New Zealand

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will embark on a three-nation tour covering Indonesia, Australia, and New Zealand from July 6 to 11.
The diplomatic mission aims to reinforce strategic Indo-Pacific partnerships, with high-level bilateral talks, defense agreements, and mass Indian diaspora interactions forming the core of the visit.

Core Strategic Focus Indonesia (July 6-7): Focuses on bilateral trade, maritime security, and finalizing a major supersonic cruise missile deal with President Prabowo Subianto.
New Zealand (July 7-9): Expected to highlight the recent Free Trade Agreement (FTA). This historic visit the first by an Indian PM in 40 years will feature a massive community gathering in Auckland.Australia (July 9-11): Discussions with PM Anthony Albanese will center on critical minerals, defense collaborations, and large diaspora events.
