Sohail Khan is making his reality show debut on Prime Video’s Alliance. Stepping out of his superstar brother Salman Khan’s shadow, Sohail stated, “There’s no family name to lean on” in this strategy-based competition, allowing him to be judged on his own merit.
Sohail discussed how his brother reacted to his participation on the show. While supportive, Salman offered a brotherly caution, asking him, “You sure you know what you’re getting into?”a remark Sohail took as both a blessing and a warning. He also noted that in the Alliance environment, where industry clout is useless, he relies on the instincts he learned from managing his own filmmaking and production ventures.
The show features 16 contestants playing in pairs and is hosted by Kunal Kemmu.
