Acclaimed filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali has approached Kareena Kapoor Khan to play the female lead opposite Dhanush in a grand, upcoming mytho-jungle adventure. Set to be directed by
P. S. Mithran, the ambitious cinematic project is eyeing a production start date in January 2027.
Although Kareena has expressed strong interest in the film, official discussions regarding her fees, dates, and final contracts are currently ongoing. If finalized, this highly anticipated venture will mark the historic first-ever on-screen collaboration between Kareena and Dhanush under Bhansali’s visionary banner.
