Hi-profile celebrity interior designer Gauri Khan in trouble FIR lodged in Lucknow over property issue

Hi-profile celebrity interior designer Gauri Khan wife of Bollywood King Khan Shah Rukh Khan has fallen into trouble over property purchase in Lucknow.

Based on the complaint by
Jaswant Shah, a resident of Mumbai that a flat located in Tulsiyani Golf View at Lucknow’s Sushant Golf City area was offered to someone else- company — of which Gauri was the brand ambassador who failed to give possession of the flat despite charging Rs 86 lakh.
Lucknow Police have registered an FIR against Gauri Khan under section 409 (criminal breach of trust) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

Apart Gauri, complaint was also filed against Tulsiyani Construction and Development Limited Chief Managing Director, Anil Kumar Tulsiyani, and its Director Mahesh Tulsiyani. The complainant further claimed that he bought the flat after being influenced by brand ambassador Gauri.
