Mumbai Aman Committee organises press conference to express deep concern over the two nerve-shattering incidents
In the backdrop of the existing sensitive situation in the country and particularly the Masjid incident in Gurgaon, the Mumbai Aman Committe along with the diverse religious leaders organised a press conference in South Mumbai to express their deep concern.
Amid the meeting the religious leaders made a demand for a
Legal course of ction against those who involved in Mewat communal riots and burning incident of Masjid that occured in Gurgaon.
They also demanded legal action against the RPF constable who opened fire on three passangers in the moving and killedJaipur Mumbai Express.
While addressing the Media, Ulema from diverse faiths shia and Sunni and Swami expressed their views and said, that our country is diversified and we have the sacred Ganga Jamuna culture. Ironically, as of today, some anti-social elements and vested interests with criminal bent of mind are involved in communal riots and damaging the culture of our country and Hindu Muslim unity. This doesn’t go well and is in bad taste for the future of our nation.
Hence, we all should unite and battle against these and should boycott any kind of communal violence.
They further added that the recent Jaipur train incident incident, and the Mewat Nuhu communal violence have shook up and have caused intense damage to our country’s
Hindu – Muslim unity.
Therefore, giving a serious thought to the burning issues, the Government open their eyes and be strict and sincere to control such harrowing incidents and punish the culprits behind such heinous crime in our country.
Among those who addressd the press conference were Maulana Mhemood Ahmed Khan Daryabadi, Maulana Anis Ahmed Ashrafi, Maulana Sayyed Rooh Zafar,Dr Saleem Khan,Shakir Shaikh, Naeem Shaikh, Swami Atmaavesh,Mrs Sandhya Ghokhle Dr Vivek Gawde and others.
