In an atmosphere of a
pandemonium over an IndiGo passenger slapping a pilot over hours-long flight delay, Air India pilot Captain Zoya Agarwal said that in any situation, violence is just not the way.
Whatever be the issues, it certainly cannot be addressed with violence.
Amidst speaking to a news agency Zoya added that It sends chills down her spine
Couple of days ago, a passenger on board IndiGo flight from Delhi to Goa was seen hitting the flight’s co-captain while he was announcing on delays because of dense fog.
Ironically, IndiGo off late has been at the receiving and hitting the headlines for various reasons. The airline is gradually losing its repute over ugly incidents.
