Antony Blinken, US State Secretary lauds PM Modi for his policies

Antony Blinken, US State Secretary has lauded PM Modi for his policies.

While speaking at the World Economic Forum, US Secretary mentioned that the India-US conversation always underscores the significance of democracy and human rights.

Adding that US sees India as an “extraordinary success story” and that US has seen how the policies of the Indian government led by PM Modi have been benefiting people.

He added further that India’s leadership under PM Modi has benefited the relations of many ally countries.

Blinken also quoted that US see an extraordinary success story and we see the remarkable achievements that PM Modi has accomished in moving forward under his watch that have materially benefited and positively affected so many of the allies.

According to a news agency report, the US official was replying to a question on whether the rise of Hindu nationalism concerns India despite the country’s robust economic growth and infrastructure building under the Modi regime.

Blinken affirmed that US President Joe Biden and
PM Modi share an excellent bond and their conversations cover all aspects and that US
“We also sees their relationship in countries that is in a new place and to a new level. That’s been a very deliberate effort by both the PM and President Biden.

At the same time, a constant and regular part of their conversation is on democracy and over human rights.

He also revealed that President (Biden) took office, he wanted to ensure that US puts back into their foreign policy which they do it in different ways in different places.

Due to the nature of relationship, they have with the country, with the government, it’s part of very sustain, very real conversation and the conversation that we have off course produces positive change.
