Advocates oughtn’t get away with anything as law is same for all..The remark came on Thursday albeit hearing seeking a declaration that Sections 353 and 332 of the IPC, which deal with the offence of obstructing a public servant from doing his duty, should not be applicable to advocates.
The Bombay High Court also opined that advocates
oughtn’t seek exemption or special protection from being charged for offences under law [Nitin Satpute v. State of Maharashtra & Ors.]
