Rani KoHEnur who was flawlessly answering to Republic Channel Narayanswami’s questions amidst the interview on Saturday 20 July.
Some of her answers were absolutely bold and the audience clapped to acknowledge.
Rani KoHEnur is an LGBTQ+ activist, singer, actor, drag queen and identifies as a gender-fluid trans person. She advocates the need to have adequate education around the weird community for its people to venture into any vocation. She wants to do her best to make this world better for everyone.
She holds a Masters Degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from University of Mumbai and has a command over English.
She has million followers on Instagram, was a part of Forbes Asia 30 under 30 in 2020 and also part of Forbes India’s top 100 digital stars list.
She also has countless subscribers on YouTube, uses social media to talk broadly on their latest projects, and to engage transgender individuals in the entertainment industry.
Rani belongs to Mumbai, the City of Dreams, a City that never sleeps. She embodies the beauty of being a queen, both in and out of drag and the first drag artiste to participate in an Indian singing reality show in 2018 and crowned Mr Gay India in 2014
