among the contestants and the audience alike. However, what eventually caught the attention of viewers was the down-memory-lane moment shared amid Akshay Kumar and popular Marathi actress Varsha Usgaonkar. The rapprochement
amidnthese two actors, who had shared screen space in the past, turned out to be a highlight of the episode, bringing back memories of their earlier collaborations.

As Akshay Kumar made his entry into the Bigg Boss house, he was visibly awe-struck and
ecstatic to have spotted Varsha Usgaonkar as one of the contestants. It had been over 20 years since they last collaborated and the sight of Varsha reestablished a tsunami of memories for the actor. The moment was made even more exclusive as Akshay preferred to speak in Marathi throughout his appearance on the show, connecting with the contestants and the audience on a more personal level. The actor went on to add catching up with Varsha Usgaonkar after 20 years makes him feel excited. He added, “we worked together, you are still the same”. He was struck by how little she has transformed over the years and lauded her for maintaining her charm and grace.

In a warm and heartfelt exchange, Akshay said to Varsha, “Varsha, kiti varshanni bhetlis tu,” which translates to, “Varsha, how many years has it been since we last met?”and continued he wants to tell everyone that Varsha and he have worked together before, and Varsha is still the same.
