Uorfi Javed makes shocking revelations-recalls shooting for 50 Hours amid TV Days
Uorfi Javed, all set to come up with her upcoming reality show ‘Follow Karlo Yaar,’ recently recalled on a few ordeals she encountered amidst her stint in television. The actress revealed having shot for 50 hours for “Meri Durga” and how it took a toll on her health later.
Uorfi Javed’s much anticipated reality show ‘Follow Karlo Yaar’ streams on Amazon Prime soon. The actress, who has been busy with the promotions of the same opened up on being replaced from various TV shows and her traumatic experiences amidst the shoot of some of these shows.
Infact, Uorfi, has already carved a niche for herself in the social media realm, and recently, revealed on her struggles as an actor and how, at a point in her life, every show she was doing, she would either be replaced from it or the show would go off air. Speaking to the media on the same, the actress voiced that she isn’t versed on politics.
It was not like she wasn’t able to act, if that was the case, why did they take her in the show?”
Further revealing how she was asked to shell out 20 percent cut from her pay to the channel, Uorfi says, in that show, they made her do 20 retakes and then told her that she was unable to perform and then replaced her. And she was like, this is very fishy. Just because she refused to give 20 percent, she was replaced. Otherwise after taking100 why she was brought there. Then gradually she came to know that
rejection has nothing to do with her personally.
Revealing if the people who once rejected her tried contacting her now that she has gained popularity, and sending her messages.
That was the first time in her life that she fainted because we were shooting for 50 hours continously. So, after 50 hours, she couldn’t take it.’
She mentioned she has her contract that she will shoot for 10-12 hours maximum, not more than that.
Uorfi’s upcoming show ‘Follow karlo yaar’ has been drawing a lot of comparisons with Kim Kardashian’s ‘Keeping up with the Kardashians’ with streams on Netflix. Follow karlo yaar is a reality show which will show the viewers different aspects of the actress’ life.
