“Shivneri buses will now offer enhanced hospitality services through the ‘Shivneri Sundari’ initiative, modelled after in-flight services. Passengers will receive high-quality assistance at no extra cost. MSRTC also plans to introduce an innovative scheme in the future to further improve service standards.
