Shah Rukh- Gauri storm internet, with news of ‘Mannat” expansion
Reportedly Gauri Khan has already submitted an application to the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) regarding the addition of two more floors to the 6-story building.
This expansion is said to increase Mannat’s built-up area by 616 sq. metres at a whopping cost of Rs.25 Cr!
With the original construction consisting of 2 basements, a ground floor, and 6 stories, the expansion will further increase the already magnificent stature of Mannat.
The application was scheduled for review by the MCZMA Committee, headed by Principal Secretary (Environment) Pravin Darade, on December 11.
The expansion news has also brought rumours with it regarding the couple allegedly getting favours from the newly-formed BJP government in Maharashtra.
