Actress illegally arrested files rape case on Mumbai industrialist
Actress Kadambari Jethwani filed a case against Mumbai-based industrialist Sajjan Jindal in 2023, accusing him of rape. The case was closed later as police found no evidence of the crime.
As per the actress she and her family were wrongfully arrested in Mumbai
On Friday, the Mumbai-based actress headlined after three senior police officers in Andhra Pradesh were suspended for the wrongful arrest and custody of the actor and her family members.
The officers, including Andhra Pradesh’s intelligence chief, allegedly tried to frame her in a false case, showing total disregard for standard investigative protocols, according to their suspension orders.
