The comments emerged amidst a recent promotional interaction and quickly traveled across social media, where fans praised the warmth and honesty amid two of cinema’s most recognizable faces.
The actors have crossed paths at international gatherings in Saudi Arabia, including the Joy Awards. At those events, they were also seen with Jackie Chan and Jean-Claude Van Damme. A recent reunion in the country once again drew attention and sent fans into a frenzy. Momoa kept his description of their relationship simple. “Just two mutual friends and fans of each other’s work. He is just a sweetheart. He was very much a gentleman. He’s a better actor and better performer than I am.” The quote moved fast online and drew appreciation from movie lovers in many countries.
