YRF director Aditya Chopra had initially rejected the song “Zara Sa Jhoom Loon Main” from the 1995 released blockbuster Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (DDLJ)featuring Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol because it didn’t fit the situation.
But, later it was later recorded by Asha Bhosle and Abhijeet.
It turned out to be a massive hit and won for the film 10 Filmfare Awards. The song was composed by music director duo Jatin-Lalit.
The Aditya Chopra directorial subsequently went on to emerge as one of the biggest blockbusters in the history of Indian cinema.
