India sets down red lines for US. seals trade deal

India has established firm red lines particularly excluding agriculture and dairy while negotiating a comprehensive U.S.-India Bilateral Trade Agreement (BTA) with the United States.

With a new tariff architecture under discussion, India is focused on securing a competitive advantage over rivals rather than merely racing against impending tariff deadlines.
