Harish Sanghvi Mumbai’s dominant developer booked under cheating charges
The Mumbai Police has registered a case against Harish Sanghvi, Mumbai’s dominant developer and owner of Veena developers, on charges of cheating and forgery. The case was registered after a man accused him of not providing possession of two residential apartments to him and his sister.
In accordance to the details of the complainant, between November 2, 2015 to January 15, 2016, the complainant and his sister allegedly parted with
Rs 21 lakh to Harish Sanghvi, his son Nikunj Harish Sanghvi and their company Veena Developers as a booking amount for two apartments in the Sanghvi’s project Veena Sky Heights in the Kandivali West area of Mumbai.
The case was filed after the devloper failed to provide a flat in the Kandivali area of Mumbai.
