BJP nominates Ashok Chavan, Shiv Sena fields Milind Deora ahead of Rajya Sabha Polls
Notedly, ahead of the Rajya Sabha Polls on 27 February, BJP has nominated and Shiv Sena fields Milind Deora.
Ashok Chavan resigned from the grand old party on Monday and joined the BJP a day later.
His exit from Congress came days after senior Maharashtra Congress leaders Baba Siddique and Milind Deora quit the party. Chavan terms it
conclusion of a significant chapter” in his political journey.
