Reportedly, Aamir Khan’s Pali Hill bungalows Bella Vista and Marina, are facing demolition and going for redevelopment.
A video shared by a paparazzo on Instagram showed demolition agency carrying out their work on the site.
The Bollywood superstar owns 9 out of 24 apartments in Bella Vista and Marina Apartments at Pali Hill. Bella Vista offers residents a peaceful lifestyle surrounded by the greenery of Pali Hill, known for its calm and exclusive atmosphere.
Marina Apartments, another luxury residence in Pali Hill, is popular among Bollywood celebrities and affluent individuals.
As per reports, the buildings will be demolished for redevelopment on the less-than-one-acre plot. The society has partnered with Atmosphere Realty, known for its premium project in Mulund, to carry out the redevelopment.
With his ownership stake in the building, Aamir Khan was deeply involved in the redevelopment plans. Existing apartment owners are expected to receive homes with 55-60% more area in the new structure. Apartments in the redeveloped building are estimated to cost between ₹80,000-₹1,25,000 per square foot.
The Bella Vista apartment offers Aamir Khan and his family a blend of privacy and luxury, a hallmark of high-end residences in Pali Hill. Meanwhile, Marina Apartments boasts stunning views of the Arabian Sea, enhancing its appeal as a prime residential choice.
