These waves of defections which recently included former ministers like M.C. Sampath and K.T. Pachaimal have triggered significant organizational shifts following the recent assembly elections.
Addressing the new inductees, minister for PWD and sports development Aadav Arjuna said there was no horse-trading and that everyone was joining TVK with the future in mind.
The day witnessed three-time MLA and former BJP functionary S Vijayadharani, along with her supporters, arriving at TVK’s Panaiyur headquarters. A short while later, former AIADMK minister K T Pachaimmal, former MPs R Vanaroja, N Balaganga and A Elarasan, former MLA Su Ravi, and former Tirunelveli mayor E Bhuvaneswari gathered in front of the TVK office to be inducted into the party. They brought their supporters to exhibit their political prowess.
