Phenomenal Group chairman Arrested in Rs 684 crores MLM scam
Mumbai Police DCP- Crime, Mr Datta Nalawade informed that Phenomenal Group Chairman Mr Nandlal Kesar Singh has been arrested in Rs 684 crores scam. Phenomenal Group indulged in unauthorised deposit mobilization scheme, cheated lakhs of investors. he was arrested from Hotel Trident, Nariman Point Mumbai. He was wanted in many cases across India.
Phenomenal Group Chairman had floated many companies and collected deposits in three major companies of his namely 1] Phenomenal Plantation 2] Phenomenal Healthcare and 3] Phenomenal Housing. He promised unreasonable returns and investors were lured to invest in his schemes. He has been absconding since 2018.
N.K.Singh was a resident of Dhangadi-Nepal. in Mumbai he resided at Bana House, Gorai, Borivali. The Kerala Police had issued a look out notice for him. EOW Latur and Sholapur Police registered case 116/2018 u/s 420,438,471, 409, 34 and u/s 3 MPIDA
