Ajay Devgn has deeply moved to Realty business and has invested heavily on properties.

Recently the actor-filmmaker renewed the lease for two commercial units to Saraswat Bank
located on the ground floor of Shlok House, a building located in Andheri West, a prime commercial area in Mumbai.Andheri East for
Rs.4.16 lakh monthly rent.

As per property registration documents accessed by Proptstack, the two units, which span 1,500 sq. ft., have been leased to Saraswat Co-operative Bank Limited for a period of five years.

The lease was initially signed between December 2018 and December 2023, and has now been extended from December 2023 to December 2028. As per the leave and license agreement, the monthly rent for the first three years of the renewed lease will be Rs 4.16 lakh, and it will increase to Rs 4.57 lakh for the remaining two years. A security deposit of Rs 12.72 lakh was made as part of the transaction.

The lease was officially registered on August 9, with a stamp duty of Rs 78,500 and a registration fee of Rs Rs 1,000 paid for the transaction.
