Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s wife Aaliya to produce next AD film
Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his wife Aaliya have propitiated
for their children’s sake and have become professional.They have shed their estranged status and reconclied for the sake of their kids. And this personal relationship is being extended to a professional one.
Aliya confirmed that she and Nawazuddin have set aside their differences and now he is working in an AD film which she will be producing very soon.
Recently Aliya was in the news after it was reported that she swindled Komal Seth, refusing to return her investment of Rs 46 lakh on their venture ‘Holy Cow’. Sharing her take on it, Aaliya stated that she and Komal entered into an agreement for sharing the earnings of the movie, which the cops can clearly see in the signed document.
There was no deal of her repaying the amount, rather, the agreement was for profits and loss, which both have to bear. Hence there is no case against her. Besides, she is going to clear her name by filing a defamation suit, as these ‘cheating and fraud’ allegations are impacting her image.
In an interview Komal stated that Aaliya managed to repay
Rs 5 lakh following many follow-ups. However, Aaliya countered on the same, that she gave that money for the sake of her daughter. In accordance to the agreement she doesn’t owe Komal anything and she paying this amount is a deed beyond our professional deal. Being a debutant producer, Aaliya accepted that she also struggled with the film, but managed to give it a theatrical release.
When the media reached out to Komal for her part of the matter, she revealed filing an NCR (non-cognizable offence report) against Aaliya for an alleged threatening phone call. “The cops are trying to get in touch with her and she has been asked to report at the Powai police station. Since the time she moved to Dubai, she has not been co-operating with the cops.
Komal further shared that she has also sent a legal notice to Nawazuddin’s bungalow, regarding non-payment of dues.
However, Aliya while refuting the same, stated that these are all fake allegations, which are impacting on her image. She hasn’t given any threat or received any call from the cops.
But, she plans to sue the news agency too over these fake reports
