He further stated that India share a vision of a free, open and inclusive Indo Pacific, connected by secure seas, defined by international law, free from domination, and anchored in ASEAN centrality.
Within hours of a series of announcements deepening ties between India and the United States across sectors and reflecting their shared ambitions, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Friday that his visit to the US has resulted in a “great positive transformation” and the two countries, despite emerging from different circumstances and history, will together demonstrate that “democracies matter and democracies deliver”.
In the joint session of the US Congress where he received a rousing welcome, Modi affirmed that ties had deepened like never before.
In the past few years, there have been many advances in Artificial Intelligence. At the same time, there have been even more momentous developments in another America and India.
He enunciated New Delhi’s approach as the Biden administration works on a coalition of like-minded countries, the democracies versus the autocracies, adding he agrees with President Biden that this is a defining partnership of this century.
