It goes without saying and the film fraternity are well aware that Amitabh Bachchan is equipped with a well disciplined mindset when it comes to fitness.

His trainers Shivohaam and Vrindaa Mehta,Celebrity wellness trainers share their work experience with the Bollywood Legend and Ranbir Kapoor. They point out
the ethos that make them special

In their recent media interaction interview, the trainers recounted on Amitabh’s mindset at his age, his dedication to doing right by his body and mind, and what they’ve learned from him.

Vrindaa joined the long list of
Amitabh’s associates to praise his punctuality, and saying that he is the first to apologise even when he’s a bit late.

Dropping in on Humans of Bombay, the couple asserted that Amitabh is a legend for a reason, and that if someone as busy as him even at his present age can take time out every day to exercise, then nobody has the right to make an excuse.

Vrindaa’s collaboration with Amitabh traces to decades, and she opened up on the work that she has done with him. “The mindset is, when you know something is good for you, you just do it. It’s not about comfort, it’s not about not having time… If the Senior Bachchan can make time to exercise, regular people can also do it.

Ajay Devgn had also mentioned that Amitabh Bachchan is ‘normal and sane’ at his age because of his work ethic, and ‘everyone comes with an expiry date’

She went on to add that her sessions with the Senior Bachchan are more about breath work. They start off with basic breath exercises and move on to pranayams, and basic yoga stresses. On Mindset, he’s the father of it all. When asked what she’s learned from him, Vrindaa articulated it’s “Discipline and Punctuality and he is punctual to the dot.

Earlier, when they used to train him, they would start at 6 am, and he was almost never late. And if little delays were caused he would call and say, he is running a little late, and so sorry about it’. He doesn’t need to apologise for five-seven minutes. They take it for granted, but they have learned the value of time from him.

As per Shivohaam because of Amitabh’s busy schedule, there are times when he wants to train later in the day. But Shivohaam tells him that it would be better if he doesn’t, because it isn’t the ideal time for a workout and that his sleep cycle would go for a toss.

She went on to add that there has been times when they have to tell him, ‘Let’s not train right now, it’s not ideal for him. The point being, he does take out the time, whether it’s morning, afternoon, or evening, or even amid meetings, because he knows its importance.
